玉米-小麦型日粮中复合淀粉酶的添加水平对鲁烟白猪养分消化率及氮平衡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选取6头体重相近[(50±1)kg]、健康去势的鲁烟白猪,6×6拉丁方设计,日粮中复合淀粉酶的添加量分别为0%(对照)、0.025%、0.05%、0.075%、0.10%和0.125%,研究复合淀粉酶对玉米-小麦型日粮常规养分消化率和氮平衡的影响。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加复合淀粉酶可显著或极显著改善干物质和有机物的消化率(P<0.05或P<0.01),但对日粮氮的表观消化率、生物学价值和净利用率无显著影响(P>0.05),二次曲线回归分析结果表明,在本试验条件下,玉米-小麦型日粮中复合淀粉酶的适宜添加量为0.075%。 Select 6 similar body weight[(50±1) kg], healthy and castrated Lu-Yan White pigs as the experiment subjects, wheat-corn as the main source of dietary starch. In this experiment, we use a single-factor design, and the amounts of composite amylase are 0%, 0.025%, 0.05%, 0.075%, 10% and 0.125% respectively. 6×6 Lat-in square digeslion trial was adopted. The experimental resuhs indicate that under conditions of this exlleriinenl, the wheal diets composite amylase optimal dosage is 0.075%.
