基于SCPI语言的IT8732程控测量系统设计

摘要 电子负载(IT8732)作为马力试验台测试系统的重要组成部分,其测试性能的准确度直接决定电机测量结果的有效性。在以往的应用中多采用手工方式操作电子负载,准确度较低,耗时耗力。因此,设计电子负载的自动测试系统非常重要。本文搭建以直流电子负载和工控机为基础的硬件平台,采用SCPI语言,在VC++环境下设计了一套自动测试软件。实际应用结果表明该系统能够自动快速准确测量参数,大大提高工作效率。 Electronic load plays an important role in the most motor test system. The testing performance of electronic load directly determines the effectiveness of the motor. In the past,the electronic load is usually manually manipulated, which is inaccurate and time-consuming. So it makes important to properly design the auto-test system for the electronic load. This work builds a hardware platform with electronic load and industrial control computer; designs a set of auto-test software system in the framework of VC++ with the SCPI command.The application result shows that the resulting system can automatically measure parameters not only rapidly but also accurately, it substantially raises the working efficiency.
