摘要
全球化背景下,国家间的关系日益密切,软实力越来越成为决定一国国际影响力的关键因素。作为文化"走出去"战略的重要组成部分,汉语国际推广与我国的国际关系和国际教育发展密切相关。我国汉语推广的国际教育发展还处于初级阶段,仍存在着招生宣传方式单一、师资力量不足、教学资源配置不均衡等问题,这严重制约了我国汉语国际推广的发展。汉语推广的国际教育应积极建立双向机制,调整教育管理模式,培养教育师资队伍,着力推进汉语推广国际教育的发展。
Under the background of globalization, the dependence degree between countries is increasingly close, soft power is increasingly becoming the key factors of a country?s international influence decisions. As an important part of the culture "going out" strategy, the international promotion of Chinese language which is closely related to China?s international relationships and international educational development, has become one of the important initiatives to achieve the national culture internationalization development. International promo-tion of Chinese and international education development is still in its infancy. There are still some problems such as single enrollment publicity, lack of teachers and textbooks, unreasonable and insufficient scientific teaching methods, teaching uneven distribution of resources and other issues. These problems severely restrict international education in our country and the pace of development. To handle the relationship between the in-ternational promotion of Chinese and international education in our country, we should actively establish a two-way mechanism to adjust the education management, training teachers and make efforts to promote the develop-ment of Chinese language promotion and international education.
