摘要
将直冲洗鱼雷网式过滤器流场在不同体型工况下进行了三维流场数值模拟,采用RNGk~ε模型模拟过滤器湍流。对不同体型工况下的过滤器断面压强、断面流态数值计算结果进行理论分析,并进出口的水头损失与物理试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明数值计算能够清楚地反映了不同边界条件下过滤器内部流场变化情况及各个参数,并且通过过滤器内部流场计算可以获得过滤器在不同体型工况下任意位置的流场变化。其结果可以为过滤器体型优化设计提供可靠的理论依据和参考。
This article simulated three-dimensional flow field under different structure conditions of torpedo filter by using RNG κ-ε model to simulate the filter turbulence. The theoretical numerical results of section pressure and flow state under different structure conditions were analyzed and the numerical results of the head loss of the inlet and outflow were compared with the physical test re- sults. The result showed that the numerical calculations could clearly reflect the changes of flow field and parameters under different boundary conditions of filter, and also could obtain the flow field change of any sections of the filter. The result can provide theoreti- cal basis and reference for the shape optimization and design of the filter.
