摘要
利用以玉米秸秆为原料培育的生物基质,分别添加不同比例的花生壳、蛭石,配成矮牵牛工厂化育苗的栽培基质,对矮牵牛在旺盛生长期的生理特性进行研究。结果表明:处理2和CK的生理指标表现较好,处理2和CK栽培基质的理化性质均能为矮牵牛的生长发育提供较好的条件,两者相比,以处理2最为优良。处理2基质组成为:60%的玉米秸秆发酵基质+40%的花生壳,这与前期对矮牵牛发芽率和幼苗生长形态指标的研究结果一致。
To study the physiological characteristics of petunia hybrida during vigorously growing stage, the petunia hy- brida factory breeding cultivation substrates were made by adding different proportions of peanut shells,vermiculite re- spectively into bio--medium with corn straw as raw material. The results showed that: the physiological indexes of treatment 2 and CK were both better than other treatments. It show that the physical and chemical properties of treat- ment 2 and CK could provide good conditions for the growth and development of petunia hybrida. Compared to CK, the treatment 2 was superior. The medium of treatment 2 was that: 60% corn stalk bio-medium+40% peanut shells. It was consistent with the results of previous studies on the morphological indicators of the germination rate and growth condition of petunia hybrida.
