赖斯的文本类型理论与《静夜思》英译研究

A Study of Translating Jing Ye Si into English with Reiss's Text Type Theory

德国功能主义派学者赖斯20世纪70年代提出的文本类型理论为不同类型的文本提供了不同的翻译策略和评估方法。唐诗作为我国文学史上的瑰宝,越来越多的学者开始关注唐诗的英译。本文从赖斯的文本类型理论的角度来研究经典抒情唐诗《静夜思》的4个英译本。研究发现文本类型理论操作性强,对指导唐诗英译以及弘扬中华民族优秀文化有重要意义。

Text type theory put forward by German functional school scholar Reiss in 1970s offers different translation strategies and methods of evaluation for various texts. On Tang poetry, the treasure of Chinese literary history, more and more scholastic voice of growing concern over the translation of Tang poetry. The study on four English versions of Jing Ye Si, a classic lyric poem, is conducted from the perspective of Reiss’ text type theory, which indicates that the theory is easy to be applied and is of great significance for translating Tang poetry and disseminating the brilliant Chinese culture.
