民族区域自治是地方自治的一项重要内容,其核心是自治权。通过对地方自治制度以及自治权进行理论分析,结合民族区域自治法的规定,论述自治权的主要内容,提出自治权在西藏自治区进一步实施的路径。

Regional ethnic autonomy is an important part of local self-government,and its core is autonomy.The paper analyses the system of local self-government and autonomy,discusses the main contents of autonomy according to the Law on Regional Ethnic Autonomy,and proposes path for further implementation of autonomy in Tibet Autonomous Region.
