摘要
本文采用ABQUAS大型有限元软件,研究静剪力作用下不锈钢普通螺栓连接节点性能.板件及螺栓均采用C3D8单元,材料模型为多线性弹塑性模型,考虑法向线性接触和切向库伦摩擦接触.数值模型建立时依据国外已有的试验研究,进行几何参数、材料力学参数、接触参数的设置.将数值分析的结果与试验结果进行比较,确定有限元模拟的可靠性.建立不锈钢普通螺栓连接不同几何模型,进行数值分析,提出数值分析时连接破坏模型的确定原则以及极限位移和荷载的确立方法.
In this study, an investigation into the structural behavior of stainless steel bolted connection under static shear has been conducted by using ABAQUS program. Element C3D8 is adopted to describe plate and bolt. The ma- terial is bilinear elastic - plastic model considering hard contact and the classical isotropic Coulomb friction contact. Based on the experimental study abroad, the numerical model is established by setting geometric parameters, me- chanical parameters of materials and contact parameters. Then the finite elements analysis results are compared with the test results to determine the reliability of FEA. Finally, several different geometrical models of stainless steel bolted connection are numerically simulated. The principle of determining the failure model of connection and the established method of the ultimate displacement and load are proposed.
