以英美文学教育促进理工科大学生人文精神培养

Cultivating Humanistic Spirit of Science-engineering Students Through British and American Literary Education

随着素质教育的不断推进,大学生的人文精神培养工作也逐渐受到各高校教育工作者的重视.现阶段,大学生尤其是理工科大学生的人文精神严重缺失,因此为提高大学生的人文精神,有教育工作者提出了以英美文学教育推动大学生人文精神的培养思路.本文对人文精神在大学教育中的重要性以及当前理工科大学生人文精神的现状进行系统分析,提出以英美文学教学促进大学生人文精神培养的建议.

With the promotion of quality education, close attention has been paid to college students＇ humanistic spirit cultivation by university educators. The lack of humanistic spirit of university students, especially science and engineering college students has been a serious problem for the university educators to think about. Close relation has been found between humanistic spirit cultivation and literary education. Based on the research of current status of college students＇ humanistic spirit, the thesis puts forward some proposals to promote humanistic spirit cultivation of science - engineering students by the reenforcement of British and American literary education.
