满足电压暂降与故障位置均可观的监测装置二阶段配置 被引量:16

摘要 为获得系统内暂降水平和暂降原因等信息,以暂降可观测区域法和故障定位法为基础,提出一种满足全网电压暂降和导致暂降的故障位置均可观的监测装置二阶段配置法。基于暂降可观测区域法,确定第1阶段的配置方案,实现全网电压暂降可观。基于故障定位法,引入虚拟监测的概念,以短路计算和对称分量法确定的不同故障类型引起的母线三相电压幅值和相位信息,确定导致被监测暂降事件的故障位置,建立全网故障定位矩阵;通过在剩余母线中逐步增加监测装置,消除所有伪故障点,确定第2阶段的配置方案,实现全网故障位置可观。对IEEE-30节点系统进行仿真,验证了方法的正确性和适用性。 To obtain such information as voltage sag level and the reason causing voltage sag,based on monitor reach area and fault location method a two-stage placement approach of monitors,which makes the voltage sag occurred in the whole power grid and the fault position leading to the voltage sag observable,is proposed.Based on the monitor reach area method,the placement scheme of monitors for the first stage is determined to implement the voltage sag in the whole power grid observable;based on the fault location method a concept of virtual monitoring is led in and using the information of three phase bus voltage and phase angle caused by different types of faults,which is calculated by short-circuit calculation and symmetrical component method,the fault position that causes the observed voltage sag can be determined and a fault location matrix for the whole power grid can be built;through gradually increasing monitors in the residual buses all pseudo-fault points can be eliminated thus the placement scheme for the second stage is determined,thus the fault positions in the whole power grid become observable.Simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system show that the proposed method is correct and available.
