采用淋激式换热器的污水源热泵系统取热性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 污水源热泵将淋激式换热器作为热泵蒸发器是实现换热面物理抑垢、污水换热温差较小条件下仍保持较高的换热性能的新方法,理论上在污水处理厂应用提取处理后污水的热能可取得较好效果.国内外对淋激式换热器的换热特性、换热面流动特性、热泵机组性能的相关研究主要集中在理论研究上,对于实际机组在不同应用条件下的实际性能的相关研究成果仍有限.以某污水处理厂采用淋激式换热器的污水源热泵系统为研究对象,在污水处理工艺中不同取热水源温度下(10~30℃),测试并分析了热泵系统的制热量、输入功率、COP、冷凝器侧出口温度(供热水温度)等参数的变化规律,并给出试验关联式,为进一步优化采用淋激式换热器的污水源热泵系统设计和性能提供技术参考. The advent of spray heat exchanger for sewage heat pump system (SHPS) has had a significant improvement on the heat extraction conventional submerged-tube heat exc from the sewage and fouling control and removal, in contrast to the hanger and the shell and tube heat exchanger. Thus, the SHPS with the spray heat exchanger is suitable to be used to extract heat from sewage in the sewage treatment plant, theoretically. Most of the relevant researches related to spray heat exchanger for SHPS were theoretic study. In this paper, a real typical SHPS with the spray heat exchanger in a sewage treatment plant was used to simulate the performance of the SHPS. The temperature of the sewage was from 10 to 30~C. The heat supply, input power, COP, side outlet temperature heating water of the condenser of the SHPS was discussed. It is helpful to improve the design and the performance for the SHPS.
