摘要
分析节能玻璃的热应力具有重要意义和实用价值,通过自制装置测定玻璃表面温度,并运用ANSYS软件进行热应力模拟分析。研究表明:隔热涂膜玻璃的最大应力小于玻璃边部允许应力限值,可安全使用,但特定使用条件下应考虑温度效应的影响。
Analysis of temperature stress distribution at a temperature gradient for energy-saving glass has important significance and value to practical engineering. The homemade measuring device is used to measure temperature of glass and ANSYS simulation software is used for the thermal stress analysis, research showed that: the maximum stress of thermal insulation painted glass is less than the allowable stress limits of glass edge, can be used safely, but under certain conditions, the impact of temperature effects should be consider.
