摘要
以汕头大学一座教学建筑为例,利用BIM技术(Ecotect软件)对建筑的能耗进行模拟和评估,分析建筑围护结构的外墙、屋顶、外窗及遮阳等因素的变化对建筑节能的影响程度,进而优化既有建筑节能改造设计。
BIM technology (Ecotect software) was used in project design for energy saving of a teaching building in Shantou University. It includes the simulation of energy consumption, analyses of the external walls, roof,windows and shading effects,and the optimization of energy-saving strategy.
