As a form of social connection among education organization, the university and high school/preliminary school cooperation community has been developing into the new conductive and constructive resource. Insisting on the same education faith, pursuing the same value and focusing on the same education issue and phenomenon, the interest and goal of all side should be clarified. Although the choice and intention are united, for the most time they need the interference and promotion from outside organization force, and sometimes they are just the results of administrative demand or planned outcome. From the time dimension, the cooperative community of university and high school/preliminary school is product of the development and reform of basic education. Putting it another way, it is the product of administrative planning. From the space dimension, it could be the union of regional education force that resist outside providers, and it could also have the full functions of the disembodying community.
