小学生素质发展校本评价的价值取向,即指对小学生的素质发展进行校本评价时,面向各种复杂关系、冲突,基于自己的价值观而坚持的价值立场、价值态度和价值选择的基本方向。它的基本依据有:人性;年龄特征;社会理想;学校愿景。它的基本构成有:全面发展;自由发展;基础性发展;普遍尊重;评价正义。它的基本体现有:涵盖完整的评价内容;研制弹性化的评价标准;评价机制上特别注重自我评价。
The value orientation of pupils quality development school-based evaluation, is the value position, value attitude that one persists in and the basic direction that one selects, while facing all kinds of complex relations and conflictions. Its basic foundations include: human nature; age characteristics, social ideal and school vision. Its basic components include: all-round development; free development; basic development; universal esteem; evaluation justice. Its basic embodiment include: to contain complete evaluation content, to make elastic evaluation standards and to emphasize self-evaluation in evaluation mechanism.
