摘要
开发优秀教师资源,发挥优秀教师的作用,是跨校交流职能落实的关键。优秀教师在跨校交流活动中主要面临三大深层问题,即带动同事发展、发动群体合作、推动学校变革。从个体榜样示范层面建构心理资本,从群体伙伴互助层面建设团队性教研组,从学校组织支持层面建立学校改进团队,是解决优秀教师跨校交流深层问题的可行策略。
Developing excellent teacher resources, play a role of excellent teachers is the key of cross-school exchange function implementation.Excellent teachers face three big deeper problems in their cross-school activities,they are the matters of driving colleague development,mobilizing group cooperation, promoting school reforming.The feasible strategy of solving those problems is perceive them through the individual construction of psychological capital model demonstration,constructing teams' teaching and research group in the aspect of mutual community partners,and to build the school improvement team in the aspect of organizational support from the school.
