摘要
校长是一所学校的灵魂,是实现学校良性家校合作的关键,更是引领学校走向现代学校制度的决定性要素。本研究基于校长专业标准,聚焦校长的家校合作理念,随机抽取上海市公办中小学的校长进行问卷调查,发现校长对家校合作的认识不一,不同程度存在着理解片面、意识缺失等问题。对此,教育行政部门和学校自身要采取得力措施,更新校长的服务责任、合作共赢、办学价值等方面观念,加强和发挥校长建设新型家校合作体制机制的领导力。
Principals are of great importance to a school in realizing cooperation between families and schools and propelling modern school reforms. The study is based on professional principals standards and focused on cooperation between families and schools. After randomly choosing questionnaires of principals in Shanghai, researchers found that testees held different opinions on cooperation between families and schools and some of them could not understand it comprehensively. Therefore, administrative department should take actions to enhance the awareness of principals, to encourage them to share teaching experience and to strengthen their leadership in establishing new system.
