摘要
目的探讨两种清洁消毒方法对医疗废弃物容器的清洁消毒的效果分析,以降低医院感染的风险。方法选择医院重症监护病房使用的医疗废弃物容器100个,随机分为两组各50个,试验1组使用500mg/L有效氯消毒液无纺布擦拭5min;试验2组采用含季铵盐类消毒纸巾擦拭5min,对清洁消毒后的医疗废弃物容器进行目测法洁净度和ATP生物荧光法检测细菌残留量的比较。结果试验1组清洁消毒后目测洁净度和ATP含量的合格率分别为92.0%和84.0%,差异无统计学意义;试验2组清洁消毒后目测洁净度和ATP含量的合格率分别是100.0%和98.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种方法均可采用,但季铵盐类的消毒纸巾对医疗废弃物容器进行清洁消毒是医院引进的新型清洁消毒理念,是一种经济、环保、有效的清洁消毒方法,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of two cleaning and disinfection methods on the cleaning and disinfec-tion of medical waster containers so as to reduce the risk of nosocomial infections .METHODS Totally 100 medical waster containers that were used in the intensive care units were chosen as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups ,with 50 containers in each ;the experimental group 1 was treated with non-woven containing 500mg/L of available chlorine disinfectant for 5 min ,the experimental group 2 was treated with disinfectant wipes containing quaternary ammonium salts for 5 min;the cleanliness of the medical waster containers was measured by visual inspection method after the cleaning and disinfection ,and the bacterial residues were detected by using ATP bioluminescence method .RESULTS After the cleaning and disinfection ,the qualified rate of visual inspection clean-liness was 92 .0% in the experimental group 1 ,100 .0% in the experimental group 2 ;the qualified rate of the ATP contents was 84 .0% in the experimental group 1 ,98 .0% in the experimental group 2 ,there were statistically sig-nificant differences between the two groups (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION Both methods can be adopted ,however ,as a novel cleaning and disinfection idea that is introduced to the hospital ,the disinfectant wipe containing quaternary ammonium salt is a economical ,environment-friendly ,and effective cleaning and disinfection method ,and it is worthy to be promoted .
