一次性与复用针灸针安全效价及成本效益分析

Safety of disposable acupuncture needles and reused acupuncture needles and cost-benefit analysis

目的研究一次性与复用针灸针的安全性及成本效益,为一次性针灸针替代复用针灸针提供科学依据。方法采集750支复用针灸针分为3组,每组各250支,棉球擦拭为清洁组,75%乙醇擦拭为消毒组,高压蒸汽处理为灭菌组,取250支一次性针灸针作为阴性对照组,4组分别进行微生物培养比较安全效价;根据医院2009-2012年针灸科门诊量信息估算平均月成本和年成本,分析一次性针灸针与复用针灸针的成本效益。结果安全效价一次性针灸针好于灭菌组、消毒组、清洁组,使用成本灭菌组高于一次性针灸针、消毒组、清洁组。结论一次性针灸针的安全性和经济效益均优于复用针灸针。

OBJECTIVE To explore the safety of the disposable acupuncture needles and the reused acupuncture needs and analyze the cost-benefit so as to provide basis for substitution of reused acupuncture needles with dispos-able acupuncture needles .METHODS Totally 750 reused acupuncture needles were collected and divided into three groups ,with 250 pieces in each group ,the cleaning group was wiped with medical cotton balls ,the disinfection group was wiped with 75% ethanol ,the sterilization group was treated with high pressure steam ;totally 250 dis-posable acupuncture needles were set as the control group ;the microbial culture was performed to compare the safety between the four groups .The average monthly cost and yearly cost were estimated based on the information of outpatient visits of acupuncture department from 2009 to 2012 ,and the cost-benefit analysis was performed for the disposable acupunctures and the reused acupuncture needles .RESULTS The safety of the disposable acupunc-ture needles was better than that of the reused acupuncture needles in the sterilization group and the disinfection group as well as the cleaning group ;the cost of the sterilization group was higher than that of the disposable acu-puncture needles and the disinfection group as well as the cleaning group .CONCLUSION The disposable acupunc-ture needles are superior to the reused acupuncture needles in both the safety and the economic cost .
