摘要
目的研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在妇科急症异位妊娠诊断中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2011年12月~2012年12月在我院诊治的200例异位妊娠患者的诊断资料,本组患者均进行经腹与经阴道超声检查,并接受微创腹腔镜手术,分析两种检查的超声图像,比较检出率,并与腹腔镜病理确诊结果相比较。结果 1经腹超声检查检出异位妊娠151例(75.5%),经阴道超声检查检出异位妊娠195例(97.5%),二者检出率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);2经腹超声检查在包块内及周边显示星点状血流信号24例(12.0%),经阴道超声检查在包块内及周边显示星点状血流信号149例(74.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查能通过子宫回声准确反映子宫内部详细情况,直观地呈现出来,且具有可重复性、无创性,是诊断妇科急症异位妊娠的首选方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of transvaginal color doppler uhrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological emergency ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the diagnostic data of 200 cases of ectopic pregnancy patient which were treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012, all patients underwent transabdomi- nal and transvaginal uhrasonography, atad underwent minimally invasive laparoscopic operation. Analyzed the ultrasonic image of two kinds of inspection methods, compared the detection rate, and compared with the results of laparoscopic pathology. Results (~Transabdominal ultrasonography detected 151 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy (75.5%), transvaginal uhrasonography detected 195 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy (97.5%), the difference in detection rate was statistically significant (P〈0.05); ~)Transabdominal uhrasonography showed: 24 cases of patients showed star- like blood flow signal in the interior and the surrounding of the masses (12.0%), transvaginal ultrasonography showed: 149 cases of patients showed star-like blood flow signal in the interior and the surrounding of the mass (74.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography can accurately reflect the internal details of uterus by uterine echo, and show it intuitively, it is reproducible and noninvasive, is the preferred method in diagnosis of gynecological emergency ectopic pregnancy, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
