摘要
本文推出一种新型正弦波高效逆变器——电压比较跟踪放大式(Voltage—Comparing—Tracking—Amplifying)逆变器,简称CTA逆变器。它将开关电路与放大电路进行结合后既保持了SPWM逆变方式的高效、高功率因数的优点;又在不增加复杂滤波电路、不采用去谐波控制手段的前提下,实现了对负载的正弦电压、电流供电。其优良的“性能价格比”预示了:该型逆变器的发展有可能在中小容量的变频调速与电源技术等领域内形成新的应用系列,具有广阔的前景。
A novel high-efficiency inverter with sine waves, the Voltage ComparingTracking-Amplifying(CTA)inverter is introduced in this paper. It keeps the advantages of high efficiency,high power factor just like SPWM inverters just by imgeniously combining a switch circuit with an amplifying circuit, and it realizes giving out sine-wave voltages and sine-wave currents that the loads need without adding complex filter circuit or adopting the controlling, means to eliminate harmonic contents. It reasons that the present inverter with good cost/performance factor could be developed for the variable-freqency techniques and supply source techniques in a new mode in the future.
