摘要
全球环境治理机制是当今国际治理机制的一部分,主要内容包括:制定指导原则和法律规范,推动环境治理的制度化;发挥联合国的作用,促进国际社会的合作;建立履约机制,加强履约能力建设;加强项目管理,重视示范引导作用;建立信息公开制度,强调公众参与。
Global environment management mechanism is a part of international management mechanism, mainly including：making guiding principles and laws and regulations, promoting the systematism of environment management; bringing the United Nations into play and promoting international cooperation; establishing implementation mechanism and intensifying the construction of implementing capacity; enhancing the management of the projects and attaching importance to the model guidance;establishing information disclosure system and improving public participation.
