双极膜技术在海岛反渗透海水淡化中水质调整的应用 被引量:6

摘要 报道了双极膜技术在100 t/d海岛反渗透海水淡化装备中水质调整的应用,介绍了该系统的原理、工艺流程及运行效果。调整控制RO进水p H为6左右,RO淡水p H为7左右,Ca离子含量约60 mg/L,达到生活饮用水标准。该系统提供了一种新型的海水淡化中调制海水的方法,简化了小型海岛海水淡化设备中对化学药剂的运输、储备、使用、管理等一系列问题。 The application of bipolar membrane technology on the adjustment of water quality in 100 t/d Reverse Osmosis(RO) desalination equipment on islands was reported, and the principle, technological process and operation effect of this system were also introduced. To adjust and control p H of RO inflow to be 6 approximately, p H of RO fresh water to be 7 and Ca2+ content to be 60 mg/L, domestic drinking water standard can be reached. This system provided a new method to modulate seawater, which simplified a series of procedures such as transportation, reservation, use and management of chemical agents in seawater desalination equipment on small islands.
