摘要
介绍了预处理-IC-A/O-高级催化氧化工艺处理氨基酸废水的工艺参数、调试过程、运行效果和工程效益。该工程设计处理能力为3 500 m3/d。运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,处理效果好,出水水质达到GB 8978-1996一级排放要求。采用超效浅层气浮系统作为事故应急备用系统,使得废水处理系统更有保障的运行。
Craft parameter, debugging process, operation effect and engineering benefit in the treatment of amino acid wastewater by using IC-A/O-advanced catalytic oxidation process as pretreatment were introduced. The designed handling capacity is 3 500 m3/d. The running results of the actual operation showed that the system was high efficiency and the effluent quality was good enough to meet the first-grade emission standard of wastewater discharge standards(GB 8978-1996). The wastewater treatment system could ensure normal operation by using super efficient shallow flotation as the accident emergency system.
