延续性护理对门诊睑袋整形术后满意度的影响

The Influence of Continuous Nursing on Satisfaction after Outpatient Service Eyelid Bag Plastic Surgery

目的探讨门诊睑袋整形术的延续护理方法,总结其对睑袋整形术后满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析我院门诊2012~2013年接受皮肤入路睑袋整形术受术者161例的临床资料,将2012年仅给予常规门诊手术术前教育的78例睑袋整形受术者作为对照组,2013年在常规术前教育基础上给予延续护理的83例受术者作为观察组,统计两组受术者术后满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组非常满意和满意人数明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组非常满意和满意的评分也明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论延续护理是提高门诊睑袋整形术后满意程度的重要措施之一。

Objective To summarizes the influence on the satisfaction of the eyelid bag plastic surgery by discussing about the continuous nursing method of the outpatient service with the eyelid bag plastic surgery. Method 161cases of patients receiving the eyelid bag plastic surgery from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,which of 78 cases were selected as the control group receiving surgery service in 2012 and 83 cases were selected as the experimental group receiving extra continuous nursing outpatient surgery service. Then the satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated within the half year after the surgery. Results That the satisfaction of the groups were improved obriously. The satisfaction of the experimental group of 2012 was between 25.6% and 32.1% and the control group in 2013 was between 38.6% and 49.4% （P〈0.01）. So do the satisfaction scores （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Continuous nursing service is the very important method to improve the satisfaction of outpatient service eyelid bag plastic surgery.
