我院2011-2013年麻醉药品使用情况调查

Investigation of narcotic drugs use in our hospital during 2011-2013

目的了解医院麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过医院的HIS系统分别调取2011-2013年全院及肿瘤科麻醉药品使用数据并进行统计和分析。结果全院麻醉药品的销售总金额呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额位居前三位的分别是吗啡缓释片、瑞芬太尼注射液、芬太尼注射液,药品DDDs排序位居前三位的分别是吗啡缓释片、芬太尼注射液和芬太尼透皮贴剂,DDDc值最高的是瑞芬太尼注射液;肿瘤科使用频率最高的药品是吗啡缓释片和芬太尼透皮贴剂。结论麻醉药品在全院和肿瘤科的使用相对合理,但仍存在一些问题,需要采取措施进行积极改进。

Objective To investigate the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital,in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Obtained the drug use data of whole hospital and oncology department from 2011 to 2013 through the HIS system for statistics and analysis. Results The total amount of narcotics sales increased year by year,and the amount of sales in the top three were controlled-release morphine tablets,remifentanil injection,fentanyl injection. The number of DDDs ranking among the top three were controlled-release morphine tablets,fentanyl injection and fentany transdermal system,and the remifentanil injection had the highest DDDc value; controlled-release morphine tablets and fentany transdermal system had the highest use frequency in oncology department. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in the hospital and department of oncology is relatively reasonable,but there are still some problems need us to take active measures to improve.
