Utilization analysis of narcotic analgesics of cancer patients in our hospital

目的了解2014年1月份麻醉性镇痛药使用情况,为后续制定麻醉性镇痛药管理规定提供依据。方法对该院2014年1月份麻醉性镇痛药处方中麻醉性镇痛药的种类、数量、销售金额、处方量等进行统计分析。结果2014年1月份医院患者使用的麻醉性镇痛药涉及9个品种9个规格,口服缓释制剂的使用量最大,注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的使用金额最大。结论该院麻醉性镇痛药在临床使用中基本合理,应进一步加强监督管理。

Objective To investigating the status quo and tendency of utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital in January,2014,in order to provide reference for clinical rational use and management of narcotic analgesics. Methods The clinical use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital in January of 2014 was analyzed in respect of drug types,consumption amount,consumption sum and prescription amount etc. Results In January 2014,narcotic analgesics totaled 9 types in 9 specifications in our hospital,with sustained release preparations dominating the list in terms of consumption amount,the use of remifentanil hydrochloride for injection was the maximum amount. Conclusion The use of cancer narcotic analgesics in our hospital is basically rational,but the supervision and management of its rational use should be further strengthened.
