The formation causes of skin wrinkles and the avenues of anti-wrinkle were introduced in this paper. The efficacy evaluation methods for anti-wrinkle cosmetics in domestic and foreign countries were also elaborated,including the chemical and biological method,the cell biology method,the animal test method and the human test method. It provided references for the research of anti-wrinkle cosmetics.
