自然单胎妊娠多囊卵巢综合征孕妇的围生结局 被引量:2

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期妇女常见的一种妇科内分泌疾病,患病率约为5%-10%。最近有荟萃分析显示,PCOS患者妊娠后产科并发征和不良新生儿结局增加。但55%-75%的PCOS患者合并不孕,需通过辅助生育技术(assisted re原productive technology,ART)受孕,ART增加不良围生结局发生风险。为此,我们选择了140例自然妊娠PCOS孕妇,对其围生结局进行了前瞻性观察研究,现报道如下。
