危旧房改造工程采用无破损加固施工技术的问题分析

摘要 对危旧房改造工程采用无破损加固施工技术进行分析。阐述了通过在怀柔区2012年老旧小区抗震加固及综合整治工程-府前东街17#楼的施工,对所加固改造工程的内容主要为进行基础设置地梁、承重结构新增构造柱、圈梁、墙体张拉钢绞线、抹聚合物砂浆等处理,形成了从加固施工方案的制定、材料的选用、施工工艺的运用、操作标准的控制等比较完整的施工技术,以及施工对居民生活的影响降到了最低。 This paper focuses on rebuilding of damaged reinforcement construction projects using non-technical analysis. Elaborated by the old district of Huairou District, 2012 seismic reinforcement and Rehabilitation Project- 17#FUQIAN Street building construction,renovation project for the content of the reinforcement as the basis for setting the main ground beams, load-bearing structure of new structural columns, ring beam, wall tensioning strand, wiping polymer mortar and other treatment, formed a relatively complete construction technology from the development of reinforcement construction program selection, use of materials, construction technology,standard control operations, as well as the construction of affected residents to a minimum.
