Flame retardant agent STC

针对军用睡袋使用的特殊性,选择环保阻燃剂STC添加到聚氨酯涂层胶中,对涤纶面料进行阻燃涂层整理。测定了阻燃剂STC和柔艳滑C-1质量分数及上胶量对织物性能的影响。采用阻燃剂STC 40%、柔艳滑15%、上胶量12 g/m2的优化工艺,织物的阻燃性及其他性能指标均能达到阻燃睡袋外用材料的要求。

In view of special use of military sleep bag, the environmental flame retardant STC is added to the PU coating adhesive and then applied to the flame retardant coating of polyester fabric. The effects of dosage of flame retardant STC, dosage of softener C-I and coating weight on the performance of fab- ric are tested. Under the optimum process of flame retardant STC 40%, softener C-1 15% and coating weight 12 g/m2,the treated can fabric reach the requirements for outer materials of flame retardant sleep bags.
