摘要 采用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体-质谱联用技术(HPLC—ICP—Ms)测定皮革中Cr(Ⅵ)含量。该法简便、快速、灵敏度高,不受样液颜色干扰,在色谱进样量为100μL,质谱采用He碰撞池模式下,对Cr(Ⅵ)的检出限达到O.02μg/L;两个加标水平2.00、20.00μg/L下的回收率分别为93.5%-97.0%和97.8%-102.3%,方法精密度优于4.1%,可以满足测定要求。应用该方法测定各类皮革产品中的Cr(Ⅵ),分析结果令人满意。 A method for the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in leather by high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS) is developed. This method is simple, convenient, quick and sensitive, and the result won't be disturbed by the shades of sample solutions. The detection limit is 0.02 μg/L of Cr(Ⅵ) for 100 μL injection sample in He collision cell mode of mass spectrometry. The recoveries are 93.5 % - 97.0 % and 97.8 %-102.3 % for the spiked levels of 2.00 μg/L and 20.0 μg/L respectively. The precision is less than 4.1%, and can meet the requirements of determination. This method has been used to determine Cr(Ⅵ) in several kinds of leather products and satisfactory results are obtained.
