重庆市某漆业制造公司职业病危害现状评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of occupational hazards status in a paint manufacturing company of Chongqing City

摘要 目的对重庆市某漆业制造公司生产场所进行职业病危害现状评价,为该公司职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法、定量分析法和职业健康检查法。结果在生产过程中主要存在或产生苯、甲苯、二甲苯、二异氰酸甲苯酯、甲醛、乙苯、铬及其无机化合物、丁醇、丁酮、环己酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、粉尘、噪声、工频电场等职业病危害因素;在作业场所中设置了相应的防护设施,采取了各种防护措施;检测结果均符合国家标准要求;职业病危害防治现状基本符合职业病防治法律、法规、标准的相关要求。结论该公司化学毒物多的作业岗位应为重点控制点,提高自动化、机械化程度,实行车间全面通风排毒;长期低浓度接触苯系物对人体健康会造成伤害。 [Objective]To perform a present situation evaluation on occupational hazards in a paint manufacturing company of Chongqing City,and provide scientific evidence for occupational disease control.[Methods]The field survey,check list,inspection and testing,quantitative analysis and occupational health checks were adopted.[Results]The main occupational hazards,benzene,toluene,xylene,toluene diisocyanate,formaldehyde,ethyl benzene,chromium and its inorganic compounds,butanol,methyl ethyl ketone,cyclohexanone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,dust,noise,frequency electric field and other occupational hazards,generated or existed in the production process. Appropriate protection equipment was set up in workplaces,and various protection measures were adopted. The test results were all in line with state regulations for occupational health limits. The occupational hazards control status basically accords with the requirements of the relative laws,regulations norms and standard in China.[Conclusion]The post,which contains a lot of chemical toxicants,should be the key control points. And it is also necessary to increase the degree of automation and mechanization,to implement comprehensive ventilation detoxification in workshop. Long-term exposure to low concentration benzene series will be harm to human health.
