上海市金山区HIV感染者和AIDS患者经济状况和医疗保障调查

Investigation on economic status and medical security of people living with HIV /AIDS in Jinshan District

目的通过对上海市金山区随访管理的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)患者家庭经济状况和医疗负担的调查,为制定相关的救助关怀政策提供可靠的依据。方法采用统一的问卷调查表,对HIV感染者和AIDS患者面对面或电话进行问卷调查,利用EpiDate软件建立数据库,并用SPSS 15.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查随访管理的HIV感染者和AIDS患者34例,本区户籍30例,外地居住该区的4例。调查发现金山区的HIV感染者和AIDS患者,家庭月收入低于3 000元的占47.06%,夫妻双方同被感染对家庭经济收入和生活质量影响更大。结论金山区的HIV感染者和AIDS患者大部分属于低收入家庭,感染艾滋病后生活水平进一步下降,尤其夫妻双方同被感染。

[Objective]To investigate the economic status and medical burden of people living with HIV /AIDS（ PLWHA） in Jinshan District,who received the follow-up management,provide the reliable evidence for the formulation of policies related to the assistant and care of PLWHA. [Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted in PLWHA by face to face or telephone interview with the unified questionnaire. The database were established with software Epidate and analyzed with software SPSS 15. 0.[Results]A total of 34 PLWHA were interviewed,including 30 people with local household registration and 4 people from other areas. The proportion of PLWHA whose family monthly incomes were less than 3 000 yuan was 47. 06%. The couples who both have HIV /AIDS had the greater influence on family income and life quality.[Conclusion]Most PLWHA in Jinshan District come from low income family,and their living standards get worsen after HIV infection,especially couples who both have HIV /AIDS.
