角膜内皮细胞变化与糖尿病性视网膜病变分期的关系 被引量:9

Relationship between corneal endothelial cell changes and staging of diabetic retinopathy

摘要 目的探讨角膜内皮细胞数量和形态变化与糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)程度的关系。方法 100例(200眼)DR患者均行角膜内皮细胞计数仪检查,比较不同DR分期患者的角膜内皮细胞参数变化,分析角膜内皮细胞变化与DR分期的关系。结果 DR分期与患者年龄(F=1.946,P=0.033)、病程(F=17.021,P=0.001)有相关性。DR分期与角膜内皮细胞的平均细胞面积(F=2.981,P=0.021)、内皮细胞密度(F=4.758,P=0.001)、六角形细胞比例(F=2.786,P=0.021)、面积变异系数(F=4.124,P=0.014)及中央角膜厚度(F=13.653,P=0.002)有相关性。结论角膜内皮细胞变化与DR严重程度有关。 Objective To study the relationship between the number and morphology changes of corneal endothelial cell and staging of diabetic retinopathy. Methods One hundred patients with DR(200 eyes) were examined with corneal endothelial cell counting analyzer. The corneal endothelial cell changes were compared among different staging of DR, then the relationship between corneal endothelial cell changes and staging of DR was analyzed. Results The staging of DR was associated with the age(F = 1. 946,P =0. 033) and course(F = 17. 021 ,P =0. 001 ) of patients. The staging of DR was associated with the average area ( F = 2.981, P = 0. 021 ), density ( F = 4. 758, P = 0.001 ), hexagonal cells percentage ( F = 2. 786, P = 0. 021 ) ,coefficient variation ( F = 4. 124, P = 0. 014 ) of corneal endothelial cell and the central corneal thickness ( F = 13.653, P = 0. 002). Conclusion The corneal endothelial cell changes are related to the severity of DR.
