摘要
堆石面板坝堆石体填筑是坝体的主要部分,其碾压施工质量的控制指标之一是堆石体的干密度。目前检测干密度最常用的方法是灌水法,有专家认为灌水法由于受到塑料薄膜能否紧贴坑壁以及未考虑薄膜褶皱等因素的影响,使所测的密度比实际密度偏高。本文采用灌水法、砂浆填隙灌水法、灌砂法对坝体干密度进行检测,通过对试验结果对比研究,推翻专家质疑,验证灌水法科学可行,可供同类工程参考。
The rockfiil of the face rockfill dam is the main part of the dam body. One of control indexes of rolling compaction quality is the dry density of the rockfill body. Currently the common method for dry density test is water replacement. According to some experts, the water replacement is affected by some factors such as whether the plastic film can be stuck close to pit wall and out of consideration of membrane wrinkle, so the tested density is higher than the practical one. The dry density is tested by water replacement, mortar gap filling and sand replacement. By comparative study on test results, the experts ' questions are denied, and the water replacement method is practicable, and the method can be available for reference for other projects of the same kind.
