An Exploration of Contents and Standard of Eco-compensation in the Downstream of the Yellow River

黄河下游滩区水生态补偿是一项基于社会生态文明建设而开展的创新探索。本文在确立水生态补偿对象的基础上,探讨了水生态补偿的内容以及补偿的标准,为进一步开展水生态补偿政策研究提供一定的理论支撑。

An innovative exploration is carried out for the eco-compensation of the beach area in the downstream of the Yellow River based on the social ecological civilization construction. In this paper, the contents and standard of water eco- compensation is explored on the basis of establishment of water eeo-compensation objects. This gives a certain theoretical sUpport to further study water eco-eompensation policies.
