浅谈夯扩碎石桩施工工艺及成桩的质量检测

摘要 利用夯扩挤密碎石桩处理方法可有效消除填土的湿陷性和液化,改善土的物理力学指标,提高地基土的承载能力和压缩模量,减少地基土的压缩变形。本文通过南水北调某倒虹吸夯扩挤密碎石桩的施工实践,分析介绍了夯扩挤密碎石桩施工工艺要点,指出了成桩质量检测方法及结果。 Ram-expanded compaction gravel pile treatment method can be utilized for effectively eliminating collapsibility and liquefaction of filled soil, improving physical and mechanical properties, improving hearing capacity and compressive modulus of foundation soil, and reducing compression deformation of foundation soil. In the paper, keys of ram-expanded compaction gravel pile construction technology are analyzed and introduced through construction practice of one inverted siphon ram-expanded compaction gravel pile in South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Test method and results of finished product quality are pointed out.
