摘要
针对航天产品可靠性高的要求,分析了靶场某测量设备数据采集单元的重要性,并设计了可靠性高的信号调理电路对采集数据进行调理;对数据采集量进行精度的标定,保证数据处理的精度;对采集结构进行可靠性增长设计,采取多级、多次的数据采集,确保采集量的准确性。结合现场使用情况,提出的可靠性设计结果进行仿真分析,结果表明,该设计能提高数据采集系统的可靠性,可以保证监控系统运行的稳定度。
According to the requirements of high reliability of aerospace products ,analyzed the importance of a measuring equipment’s date acquisition used on the range ,and designed the high reliability of the signal adjust circuit for data col-lection .Precision calibration the date ,ensure the precision of data processing .Reliability grow th design to the collection structure ,adopt multi-level ,multiple date acquisition ,to ensure the accuracy of the date .According to the practical ap-plication situation ,carries on the simulation analysis ,the reliability design of the results presented in this paper show s that ,this design can improve the reliability of the data acquisition system ,guarantee the stability monitoring system .
