摘要 针对工程车辆中模拟量采集种类多样化和复杂化问题,设计了一种可配置的模拟量采集模块。该模块应用于一款基于飞思卡尔32位微处理器MPC5646B的通用车载控制器中。详细介绍了其硬件设计方案,阐述了其可配置原理。运用VC6.0中的MSComm控件,在上位机中设计了用户配置界面,将配置好的参数存储到微控制器的Data flash中。最后,对电压、电流和电阻3种类型的模拟量进行采集和补偿,整体采集精度控制在5‰以内。测量结果表明,该模块可配置性和通用性很强,具有良好的测量精度。 Due to the diversification and complication of analog acquisition in the engineering vehicle ,this paper designs a configurable analog acquisition module .The module is applied to a universal vehicle-mounted controller which is based on the 32-bit microprocessor MPC5646B of Freescale .This paper introduces its hardware design in detail and expounds the principle of its configurability .A user configuration interface is designed in the upper computer using the MSComm Ac-tiveX of VC6 .0 ,and then the configured Data is stored in data flash of the microprocessor .Finally ,three types of ana-log ,voltage ,current and resistance are acquired and compensated ;the acquisition accuracy is controlled below 5‰ . M easurement results show that this module has good configurability ,generality and measurement accuracy .
