摘要 为了保障汽车行车安全,重点研究了胎压监测系统,分析了该系统的主要架构和工作原理,并提出了一种新型胎压监测系统设计方案。该系统的发射模块采用了高集成度的SP37芯片,用于实现胎压数据的采集与发送;接收模块采用了MAX1473芯片,用于实现无线数据的接收;数据处理模块采用MSP430芯片。该系统能够实时显示各个轮胎的测量数据,并对危险情况进行报警。重点介绍了该胎压监测系统的硬件设计和软件流程,并分别在室内环境和真实的汽车环境中测试了该系统的性能。最终实验表明,该系统能够准确、稳定地用于汽车胎压监测。 Aiming at guaranteeing the safety of driving ,this paper focuses on tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) , analyzes its fundamental components and basic principle ,and proposes a design of TPMS .The highly integrated SP37 is adopted to serve as transmission module to sample and wirelessly transmit tire pressure ;MAX1473 is used to receive tire pressure data in receiving module ;MSP430 is responsible for data processing .The proposed TPMS is able to monitor tire pressure on line and alert when danger comes .This paper introduces hardware design and software of this TPMS . Experiments w ere conducted in indoor environment and on a car relatively to test the function of the proposed T PM S . Experimental results show that this T PM S can be used to monitor tire pressure accurately and steadily .
