摘要
分析了典型下行式移动模架造桥机的特点,进行了工况选择,建立了有限元计算分析模型,通过对多个工况的计算和分析,提出了有效便捷的主梁和导梁结构设计的改进措施和方案,同时也为主支腿的进一步优化设计和高强精轧螺纹钢对拉时张拉力的设定提供了依据。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the typical Under-Deck MSS(movable scaffolding system) bridge fabrication machine,has been selected working conditions,set up the finiteelement calculation and analysis model.By calculating and analyzing the multiple conditions of the whole operation process,putting forward an effective and convenient improvement measures and programs of main beam and guide beam,also providing a basis for further optimize the design of the main leg and the stretching force setting of high strength finishing rebar when pulled.
