摘要
分析了乙二醇泵变频与冷水泵变频的区别,对北京某办公楼冰蓄冷系统乙二醇泵变频和工频运行时的全年运行费用进行了计算。结果表明,当控制系统运行在最佳状况时,相对工频系统,乙二醇泵变频系统可以节省电费21.7%,但同时增加了控制系统的复杂性;乙二醇泵变频控制结合制冷机旁通可以更好地实现节能,尤其是对于体量较大、分期建设的区域供冷项目。
Analyses the difference between glycol pump frequency conversion and chilled water pump frequency conversion,and calculates the annual operating cost of the ice-storage system with frequency conversion glycol pump or power frequency pump of an office building in Beijing,respectively.The results show that the annual electricity consumption of the frequency conversion glycol pump is less than that of power frequency pump by 21.7%,but the control system is more complex.The system combining frequency conversion glycol pump with refrigerating machine bypass can achieve better energy saving effects,especially for large volume district cooling projects with stage construction.
