脑出血后颅内HO-1的表达与脑损伤的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察脑出血患者不同时间段血肿周围脑组织血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)的表达趋势及其与脑损伤程度之间的关系。方法收集高血压脑出血手术患者皮层脑组织及血肿周围脑组织标本共60例,以免疫组化方法分别测定HO-1及8-羟基-2-脱氧鸟苷(8- OHdG)的表达,分析发病不同时间段HO-1表达与患者脑损伤程度之间的关系。结果发病<24h及1-3d的患者血肿周围脑组织HO-1阳性表达率分别为90.9%和85.7%,8- OHdG的阳性表达率分别为86.4%和90.5%,与发病>3d患者比较均有统计学差异(均P<0.05),而发病<24h患者HO-1和8- OHdG阳性表达率与发病1-3d患者比较均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论脑出血后3d内血肿周围脑组织HO-1表达最强,3d后较前减弱,与脑损伤的程度及治疗时间窗一致。脑出血后3d内是手术及药物干预的最佳时期。 Objective To investigate the expression of heme Oxygenase- 1 (HO- 1) in brain tissue its relation to brain in-jury after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Cerebral tissue samples round hematoma were col ected during surgery from 60 pa-tients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted during October 2010 to November 2013. The expression of HO- 1 and 8- hydroxy- 2- deoxyguanosine (8- OHdG) in brain tissue was determined immunohistochemical y, and the relationship between HO- 1 and 8- OHdG was analyzed. Results The expression rate of HO- 1 in patients with onset〈24 h and 1-3 d was 90.9%and 85.7%respectively (P〉0.05);expression rate of 8- OHdG in patients with onset〈24 h and 1-3 d was 86.4%and 90.5%respectively(P〉0.05). There were significant differences in expression of HO- 1 and 8- OHdG between patients with onset〈24 h, 1-3d and those with onset〉3d (P〈0.05). Conclusion HO- 1 is highly expressed in brain tissue around hematoma within 3 days after cerebral hemorrhage, indicating the optimal time for surgery and drug intervention.
