小剂量优甲乐治疗老年难治性心功能不全并亚临床甲状腺功能减退临床观察

Effect of small dose of euthyrox on elderly patients with refractory heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism

目的观察小剂量左旋甲状腺素(优甲乐)治疗老年难治性心功能不全并亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的临床疗效。方法监测老年难治性心功能不全患者的超声心动图、心率、甲状腺功能(游离三碘甲状原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺激素),有亚临床甲状腺功能减退者入组。观察小剂量优甲乐在老年难治性心功能不全合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退者中的临床效果。结果小剂量优甲乐治疗4周后显效20例,有效18例,无效8例,总有效率为83%。结论小剂量优甲乐治疗老年难治性心功能不全并亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者有较好的临床疗效和安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of small dose of euthyrox on elderly potients with refractory heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods The echocardiogram, heart rate, thyroid function （FT3, FT4, TSH） was monitored in elderly patients with refractory heart failure, the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were enrolled. The effects of small dose of euthyrox on elderly patients with refractory heart failure and subclinical hypothyroidism were observed. Results The all cases received small dose of euthyrox treatment for 4 weeks, 20 were cured, 18 cases effective, 8 cases invalid, and the total efficiency was 83%. Conclusion Small dose of euthyrox in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory heart failure and sub- clinical hypothyroidism is effective and also very safe.
