肺隔离症的临床CTA诊断

Diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration by CT angiography

目的评估CT血管造影(CTA)对肺隔离症的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2013年12月经CTA证实30例肺隔离症患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均有不同程度的肺部感染史,左肺26例,右肺4例;叶内型28例,叶外型2例。结论利用CTA可以准确诊断肺隔离症。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT angiography on patients with pulmonary sequestration. Methods The clinical data of patients with pulmonary sequestration verified by 16-row CT angiography between January 2003 and December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the patients had different levels of lung infections, and the left to right ration was 26/4. Twenty-eight cases were intralobar pulmonary sequestration and 2 cases were extralobar. Conclusion Pulmonary sequestration can be accurately diagnosed by CT angiography.
