中西医结合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cervical spondylosis

目的探讨颈椎病患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月至2013年12月接受治疗的颈椎病患者88例,随机分为单纯西医治疗组(对照组)和中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)。结果治疗组46例患者中有效43例,总有效率为93.5%;对照组42例患者中有效29例,总有效率为69.0%。治疗组临床有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患者的颈椎病复发率明显降低(P<0.05);治疗期间治疗组患者未出现明显不良反应,对照组中有2例患者出现不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗颈椎病临床效果好,复发率低,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with cervical spondylosis,from July 2013 to December 2013,were randomized divided into two groups,the control group was treated with simple western medicine and the test group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results Effective outcomes were showed in 43 cases in the test group,with the efficiency of93. 5%,and 29 cases in the control group,with the efficiency of 69. 0%. There was significanct difference between the two groups in the clinical efficiency and the recurrence of disease( P < 0. 05). No obvious side effects were showed in the test group,while there were 2 cases in the control group. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine showed positive effects on cervical spondylosis,has low rate of recurrence and side effects,is safe and reliable,and has wide range of application.
