摘要
利用Voronoi图增量式外存算法,在指定"代表性体积单元"(RVE)中完成海量三维压电陶瓷微观组织结构设计仿真.考虑实际压电陶瓷中缺陷可能的形态、尺寸、空间取向分布等几何参数,在ANSYS软件环境下用参数化程序设计语言APDL编程建立含缺陷压电陶瓷有限元仿真模型,实现网格的合理划分,实现三维含缺陷压电陶瓷微观组织结构加载的自动化.
The 3D microstructures of piezoelectric ceramic materials were designed and simulated in specified RVE (Representative Volume Element) by the incremental out-of-core algorithm.The actual geometric parameters such as possible state,size,orientation distribution of defects in piezoelectric ceramic materials are taken into account.The finite element simulation model of piezoelectric ceramic materials with defects was set up by using APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language) program under interface of ANSYS software.By this,meshes can be reasonably divided and microstructure in piezoelectric ceramic materials with defects can be automatic loaded.
