摘要 大型石化压缩机组中,机组易产生气流激振作用下的破坏失效。为了分析大型压缩机的振动故障,对某压缩机试验台进行了现场测试。通过对压缩机内压力脉动产生的原因静子与转子间相互作用进行分析,同时通过试验测试及测点信号的时域分析和频域分析结果证实,压缩机内部的压力脉动总是存在的,其特征频率为压缩机叶片通过频率及其谐频,且设计参数对压力脉动的影响很大。所得试验数据和分析结果对大型压缩机机组与管道系统的设计、监测与运行管理具有指导意义。 The compressor fatigue by fluid induced vibration usually happens in the large scale centrifugal compressor.In order to study the fault mechanism of a large scale compressor,the pressure pulsation of a compressor test rig system is carried on.The mechanisms for consideration are the generation of pressure patterns due to rotor/stator interactions.Then the pressure pulse distribution of the compressor is obtained.The time-domain and the frequency-domain analysis of the tests signals for the pressure pulsation are used for analysis.The measured results show that there are always pressure pulsation in the compressor,its characteristics frequency was the blade passing frequency and its harmonics,the influence of design parameters on pressure pulsation is significant.These measured data and the analyzed results are the important guidance for design,condition monitoring and operation management of a compressor and its pipeline system.
