本文通过分析齿轮啮合过程中的齿廓载荷分布,从弹性变形角度,研究齿轮齿廓修形原理,并阐述了齿面渐开线与啮合线的关系,建立了相关公式;分析了曲线修形方法并制定了修形工艺参数的计算公式。

This paper analyzed the tooth profile load distribution during the gear meshing process,put forward gear tooth profile modification principle from the angle of elastic deformation,and described the relationship between the involute and the meshing line,set up the relevant formula.It also analyzed the curve modification method and formulated the modification parameters calculation formula.
